Dear CAOS Problem-Solving Environment (CAOS PSE) users,

We are happy to announce a new release of the CAOS PSE, which now includes the global user interface,
the global library, a utility package, and the working directory of the whole tool. Scientific packages such as the eponymous
Software Package CAOS or the Sotware Package AIRY are still to be installed afterwards.

Please see the documentation for more details and the complete list of
changes.

To install this new version of the CAOS PSE just follow the 
instructions found on the web-page. 

We are going to present both the new versions of the Soft.Pack.CAOS [1] and the Soft.Pack.AIRY [2]
which have been developped in the framework of this new version  of the CAOS PSE during the upcoming SPIE conference 
in Edinburgh (please visit our posters,  #9909-319 and #9909-297, on June, 30th at 6:00-8:00 PM).
