Dear Software Package CAOS users,

We are happy to announce a new release of the Software Package CAOS, 7.0, which has to be used with
the new release of the CAOS Problem-Solving Environment (version 7.0 as well, see previous mail).

In addition to the fact that allmost all the existing modules were debugged and/or enhanced, this new
version of the Software Package CAOS contains new modules for 
wide-filed AO systems end-to-end modelling, but also ideal wavefront sensing and state-space control.

changes.

We are going to present the Soft.Pack.CAOS v7.0 during the upcoming SPIE conference 
in Edinburgh (please visit our poster #9909-319 on June, 30th at 6:00-8:00 PM)
