Dear Software Package CAOS users,

I am happy to announce a new release of the Software Package CAOS, v7.1, to be
used with the latest release of the CAOS Problem-Solving Environment (v7.2).

This new version of the Software Package CAOS contains a number of debugging
and enhancements, new library routines and modules, such as PLI, a simple pure
integrator which permits also to define a leak factor.
