MHD Taylor-Couette flow, also  with Hall effect

For a verification of the magnetorotational instability in the laboratory the critical Reynolds numbers have been computed
for MHD Taylor-Couette flow experiments.
The resulting values are of order 10^6 so that the fluid is certainly turbulent.
With Hall effect also TC flows with superrotation become linearly unstable but only for one orientation of the external magnetic field.
